Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated, sales-driven Personal Training Sales Manager to oversee and grow our Personal Training Department. This individual will be responsible for driving personal training sales, increasing department revenue, and leading a team of approximately eight part-time and full-time Personal Trainers.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive personal training sales and consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue goals.
- Generate new business through member outreach, fitness consultations, prospecting, and follow-up.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of approximately eight Personal Trainers.
- Recruit, onboard, train, and develop Personal Training staff.
- Monitor trainer productivity, sales performance, client retention, and overall department goals.
- Hold regular team meetings and provide ongoing coaching and accountability.
- Maintain strong member relationships and ensure an exceptional personal training experience.
- Oversee daily operations and collaborate with club management to support business growth.
Qualifications
- Current nationally recognized Personal Training Certification required.
- Previous experience in personal training, fitness sales, or fitness management preferred.
- Strong sales, leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to meet sales goals and motivate a team.
- Ability to work a full-time schedule, including some evenings and weekends as needed.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a strong sales background who is passionate about fitness, team development, and growing a successful Personal Training Department.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
